Together we completely turned around the food and drink business of a national charity, with 170 outlets employing over 1000 staff, of which only 15% were qualified in food service and hospitality. The net result was 44% revenue growth, 8% increase in gross profits, 10% increase in net profit, increase of spend per head by 86% on a 22% declining customer base following strategic disbursement  and reinvestment programme.
